SOCIAL INNOVATION & DESIGN THINKING

“All truth passes through three stages.  First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed.  Third, it is accepted as self-evident.”  – Arthur Schopenhauer

Change is a constant within life and business regardless what your business is.  You don’t have to look far to see proof of this fact within our Indigenous Communities and organizations.  We specialize in the nurturance of Vision emergence, supporting it with Innovative models and processes that ultimately allow the Design of the organization and direction that you want to go in.

I am in the business of helping people and organizations get aligned with a fuller understanding of their identity and the impact that can be created when we are free to express who we are and how we show up in the world with Power, Presence and Purpose.  Attuning with our values and creativity can spark a significant change in the way we approach our day to day tasks, routines and schedules. Ripple effects of change happen at very subtle levels with cross-currents of continued input and activity until they manifest themselves as tidal waves that sweep through our workplaces, communities and lives.

Out of the ashes of what’s previously been done can emerge a deeper truth about who you are as an organization and what you stand for in the world.  This can only happen if you have the desire / will, to do what others may not have the courage to do, and that’s to take an honest and sincere look at the functionality of your operation.  Dare to be bold as you strive towards uncovering the brilliance contained within the talents of the people in your organization.

The best place to be with respect to change is ahead of the curve where you can see clearly the direction you are taking your organization and its people.
